 In 1981 after leaving a 15-year career as an Engineer for Pacific Bell, Mr. Richard Bowman, founded a small company called Advanced Telephone and Electronics. His goal at the time was very simple, to offer the public a communications company that would be responsive to their needs, without a lot of red tape. This company was very successful as it grew by leaps and bounds, doubling its sales every other year.

 Mr. Richard D. Bowman incorporated Advance Teleco USA, Inc., on October 26, 1988 in the State of California. As CEO/CFO and Chief Engineer of Advance Teleco USA, Inc., Mr. Bowman brings over 32 years of telecommunications experience to the company.

 Advance Teleco USA, Inc., with annual sales of 1.2 million yearly, has decided to remain as a medium size company, so that it may continue to offer to its customers the best possible service at the lowest possible prices.
